Dwarf
crape myrtles are those which grow under 3' in
height. These dwarf shrubs produce an abundance
of brightly colored flower clusters for an extended
period of time during the summer. Sometimes we
refer to them as "summer azaleas" because
they grow similar in shape and size but bloom
during the summer months. 'Pokomoke' and 'Chickasaw'
are two excellent selections. |
