Cleyera is a large shrub or small tree with glossy evergreen foliage. Many mistake it for the 'Red Tip' as it displays shades of red and orange new growth throughout the season. We use cleyera in foundation plantings, as a medium height hedge, or limb it up to form a very attractive small tree. Performs well in both sun or part sun situations.
