Production
Management
Once
you have approved your design, we can go into production...
and the fun begins! The Landscape Designer and Project Manager
work together to manage the entire landscape process from
concept to completion.
Our
experienced, hard-working crews are well trained and take
special care to ensure that the impact of machinery, trucks
and shovels is minimized.
Our crews always leave a clean, neat
job site.
We
prefer working from landscape plans drawn by one of our staff
Landscape Designers, however will be happy to provide you
with an installation bid on a pre-existing design and/or material
list drawn by yourself or another landscape designer. When
bidding on a design drawn by a designer that we are not familiar
with we like to obtain a copy of the plan for our review.
Once we have approved your design a proposal will be provided.
We
are fully insured for Workman’s Compensation and
Commercial Liability
Payment
Schedule
Our company is substantial enough to efficiently build your
project with the greatest value for each dollar you commit
it. Our 'payment progress' arrangements make it comfortable
for you and are set up so that you are only paying for work
that is completed, after an initial deposit. This type of
payment schedule instills customer confidence with a professional
contractor.

Out
At the end of the project, we walk through with you to identify
any problems or remaining tasks.
