Pampas
Grass is an fast growing showy ornamental grass
that can grow to 12 feet or more tall. By its
third year it produces an amazing amount of fluffy
white plumes that are excellent for cutting for
fresh or dried arrangements.
Pampas
Grass is very easy to grow. We plant it as a specimen,
in groups as a screen, to accentuate entryways
or near the pool or other bodies of water. Three
varieties are available. White Pampas grass, Pink
Pampas grass and Dwarf Pampas grass which grows
half the size to about 6 feet in height.
It
is best to cut the foliage back in late winter
to about 18 inches above ground level.
